使用範圍Scope of use：
彩鋼瓦廠(chǎng)房、金屬屋頂、建築樓房屋頂、混凝土外牆、糧倉、大型倉儲屋頂、室外儲罐（油罐、化工儲罐、球罐、儲物罐體）表面等保溫隔熱節(jié)能工程。

施工工藝Construction Technology：
1、彩鋼瓦基材必須穩(wěn)固、不晃動。去灰塵和油汙雜質(zhì)，生鏽基材用打磨機(jī)將鏽打磨乾淨，並用高壓水槍進(jìn)行衝洗乾淨並晾乾，或用固鏽劑將生鏽基材進(jìn)行鏽轉化和固鏽處理。
2、混凝土基材施工前須將要上漆的表面清理乾淨，保證乾燥、無(wú)油脂、無(wú)汙物、黴、藻類和其它附著物，新的灰沙、批沙、水泥面應(yīng)待幹透〔水泥基材建議噴一誼底漆)。
3、打開料筒，用攪拌工具將熱反射隔熱塗料攪拌均勻，用噴塗機(jī)或滾筒將熱反射隔熱塗料均勻的噴塗在處理好的基材上，交叉2遍噴塗，第一遍完全乾固後再噴塗第二遍，確保塗料的厚度,不能偷工減料(如太稠不好施工，建議加水比例為塗料重量的10%-15%) .
